1) Realtors Become a Preferred Partner

  • Realtors apply into Preferred Partner Program
  • Limited Spots keep inspection availability open
  • One free annual roof tune-up for agent’s home or a customer’s home ($771 value)

2) Roof Inspections Completed

  • Completed prior to or at time of listing
  • Limited to 30-minute radius from Wichita
  • Single family and steep-roof properties
  • Any existing insurable damage must be filed w/ insurance prior to sale

3) Detailed Photo Condition Report

  • Checklist of all roof systems & components
  • Green/Yellow/Red rating on conditions
  • Details provided for appraiser, residential inspector
