How You Fit
We take pride in our products, our warranties and our work. But our people are what makes Rhoden Roofing Wichita’s most trusted roofing company.
We trust our team, and it’s important that our team has trust in each other. Without transparency, this isn’t possible. To achieve transparency, we answer questions, not escalate them.

Our Teams
Project Coordination
Project Coordinators are the customer’s trusted partner. They design custom roof systems, address challenges proactively, and bring their vision to life. It’s about relationships, expertise, and delivering excellence.
The expert customers remember and the partner that earned their trust.
Claims
Our Claims team is the bridge between customers and their insurers, simplifying the process and securing what customers are owed. They’re expert guides in a system that often feels overwhelming.
Advocates for every claim, partners at every step.
WHAT SETS US APART
What sets every company apart is its people. What matters isn’t what sets a company apart; it’s how does a company treat the people that set it apart.
Beat the Budget
At Rhoden Roofing, we promise our customers a roof built to last a lifetime. To our employees, we promise this: excellence will always be recognized and rewarded.
Our Beat the Budget bonus structure is a revenue-sharing program that ensures outstanding performance benefits everyone. While the end of a quarter might be business as usual elsewhere, at Rhoden Roofing, it’s an opportunity to celebrate company-wide achievement and reward the hard work that made it possible.
EOS
Too often, meetings feel like a formality—scheduled, attended, and quickly forgotten. At Rhoden Roofing, we’ve embraced the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure every meeting serves a purpose.
Using EOS’ L10 framework, we set clear quarterly goals, or “rocks,” and track progress in weekly meetings. If a meeting misses the mark, participants rate it, and we adjust to stay on course. This approach ensures every voice is heard, every issue is addressed, and everyone knows what they’re working toward. The result is meetings that drive action and deliver clarity, not confusion.
Complete Ownership
Hanging a photo in a rental property means worrying about patching the wall before your lease is up. Hanging a photo in a home you own is different—your only concern is making it fit, making it yours.
At Rhoden Roofing, we believe your work should belong to you. Everyone on our team takes pride in owning their work and ensuring it’s completed with care.
State of the Company
Imagine trying to solve a problem you didn’t know existed—it’s impossible. The same is true for a company. That’s why at Rhoden Roofing, we share everything: our challenges, successes, and plans for the future. For example, every quarter you review your supervisor in one-on-ones designed to find your paths to career growth with Rhoden Roofing.
Our State of the Company meetings ensure everyone knows where we stand and where we’re headed. No backroom discussions, no trickle-down updates—just facts, shared openly with the entire team.
Competitive Benefits
When your foundation is secure, you can focus on building your future. At Rhoden Roofing, we provide the stability you need to thrive with:
- Comprehensive health insurance, including vision and dental.
- A 401(k) plan with company matching to help you invest in what matters most.
- Immediate access to Paid Time Off upon hire.
- Bonuses that reward your contributions.
Health and planning are prerequisites for success. We believe that when your needs are met, you’re free to grow, excel, and reach new heights—and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Our Core Values
Evolve and Adapt
If you are not constantly learning and improving, you are not reaching your full potential. Everyone in the company can always be improving themselves inside and outside the company. A mistake or a “loss,” should only be viewed as an opportunity to learn and grow to make yourself and the company better in the future.
Be a Great Teammate
Respect, sincerity and high expectations guide our interactions. We foster open, honest communications, embracing tough conversations and feedback to address blind spots. We lift up struggling teammates. When there is adversity we seek solutions, not excuses, which promotes team success and sustainable culture.
Get It Done
We are 100% accountable to our customers and teammates. Customers trust us to build exceptional roofing systems. We take that commitment seriously. We will do whatever is necessary to overcome obstacles & find solutions to deliver extraordinary results.
Do the Right Thing
What do you do when no one else is looking? Always put yourself in the shoes of your customer when faced with a decision, treating their property as if it were your own. Act with integrity and honesty, always choosing what’s right over what’s easy.
How We Hire
We value authenticity over perfection. Be genuine, ask thoughtful questions and engage in honest dialogue.
1: Connecting with You
Explore our roles
Our hiring process starts with a genuine desire to be a part of something bigger.
Hear back
We personally respond to every question. The best way for us to learn how you might align with our values is to learn about you.
Evaluation
Hiring is a two-way street: while we evaluate your fit for the role, you’re evaluating us. Bring questions that help you explore what it’s like to be a part of our team.
2: Our Interview Process
The interview
Some positions comprise a round-robin interview with the relevant department to help you get to know our team and to help them learn about you, while leadership or specialized roles comprise multiple interviews with team members and leaders to provide deeper insight into our culture and expectations.
The timeline
Depending on the position, the hiring timeline can vary from a few days to a few weeks. Seasonal factors may also affect the start date, especially for project coordinator roles.
The opportunity
Growth is part of our DNA, and we will align talent with opportunity.
3: Join Our Team
Meet the team
Our onboarding process is thorough and welcoming. During your first two weeks, you’ll meet with every department and leadership team member, including the owner and COO. We live our value of transparency: you’re encouraged to ask questions and receive honest answers from everyone on the team.
Set up for success
From day one, we provide the tools, training, and support needed for success. We don’t believe in “sink or swim”—we believe in setting you up to thrive.
Contribute
The perfect background doesn’t matter to us. It’s more important that you’re genuine and ready to contribute. We’re committed to finding the right seat for the right person.
